Hello. I’m the Director of Career Advancement at BHGRE Metro Brokers. My job is to meet with agents and make sure they’re getting what they need from their broker.
Each day, I attend sales meetings, advise agents on how to get to the next level of their career and act as a liaison for them. I’ve been in real estate for more than 25 years, so I want all Realtors to wake up each day loving their jobs and continuing to improve.
Most of my blog entries will consist of success stories, how to improve your business and how to increase your quality of life.
